These terms describe how AuthenCore AI Parking works, what you authorize when you register a vehicle, and how fees, disputes, and account obligations are handled.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, registering a vehicle, or using AuthenCore AI Parking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Description of the service
AuthenCore AI Parking uses vehicle identity signals on the A-Pulse transaction layer to open and settle parking sessions automatically at participating facilities in Canada.
Availability of a given zone, rate, or facility is controlled by the parking operator and may change without notice.
3. Account registration and vehicle authorization
You must provide accurate registration details and may only register vehicles you own or are authorized to operate.
You are responsible for activity on your account, including sessions opened by any vehicle you have authorized.
4. Automatic session start and end
Sessions begin when entry into a geofenced zone is confirmed from multiple corroborating signals, and end when exit is similarly confirmed.
Where exit cannot be confirmed with confidence, the session is held for review rather than charged automatically. You may be contacted to confirm details.
5. Fees and payment authorization
You authorize us to charge your stored payment method for parking fees, applicable taxes, and any operator-set charges incurred by your authorized vehicles.
All amounts are in Canadian dollars. Rates are set by the parking operator and are displayed before and after each session.
6. Disputes and refunds
You may dispute a session or charge from your history. Disputes are reviewed with the operator, and outcomes are recorded with a reason.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timelines depend on your card issuer.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent vehicle ownership, tamper with detection signals, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend accounts where abuse, fraud, or unpaid balances are identified.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes raise the version number shown above, and continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
Where required, we will ask you to re-consent before you can continue using the service.
